Start a brand new dojo. You become the owner and get the full JKA syllabus.

Your HQ will need to approve the link.


Join an existing dojo

If your dojo is already here, search for it and request to join, or enter an invite code from the owner.

Works for any code your dojo sent you, whether you are an instructor, a student, or a parent.

Import members from a spreadsheet

Bring your whole roster across at once. Download the CSV template, fill it in (one member per row), then upload it. Current grade is matched to your belts by name; unmatched grades come in as Beginner so you can fix them after.

Curriculum

Your dojo's syllabus. Expand a grade to view and tweak its kihon, kata and kumite. Changes save to your dojo only.

Apply a template:

Pulls in descriptions, videos and any missing items from an affiliation template. Your own edits are kept unless you tick overwrite.

Student progress & K score

Mark how the student is doing on each requirement for their next grade. The K score and readiness update live and save automatically.

Assess one requirement across everyone working towards a grade — line them up and tap down the column. Tap a cell to cycle its rating; numeric items take a number. Saves automatically.
